Climate Change Skeptics
The following are links to climate change skeptics or hoax pages. Each is
followed by a series of links which rebut or discredit the hoax.

2. Richard S. Lindzen:

3. Global warming is a farce:
http://www.globalwarmingisafarce.com/
Rebuttals:
- Who put this page up? Are they a credible expert? All they have really
done is post some links to climate skeptics (much like this page).
- Many links are to work by the same person(s). So over all, the number of
sited scientists is only a handful.
- The simplistic argument at the bottom of the page about clouds:
http://gristmill.grist.org/story/2006/11/11/221311/27
- Al Gore takes a beating in this page. But is Al Gore doing the
scientific research behind global warming or are we just shooting the
messenger here?
4. Warren Meyer:
http://www.climate-skeptic.com/2007/09/table-of-conten.html
Rebuttal:
- Meyer is a business man and author (not a scientist or reporter):
http://www.coyoteblog.com/about.html and
http://www.bmocbook.com/
- According to his climate skeptics page he doesn't believe that radiation
from the Chernobyl accident is a problem or that HIV in Africa is a problem
(in addition to global warming, which he also doesn't believe). But he seems
afraid that asking businesses to cut emissions will have a devastating
effect on the economy.
- At one point on the page he says about the IPCC report "This is
absolute, unmitigated crap" but then goes on to say he hasn't seen the
specifics in the report....
- His elaborate criticism of the temperature graphs seems to be saying
scientists are lying. But these are all independent studies. Are they all
lying? Are all 2000+ scientists working on the IPCC reports all lying? The
'hockey stick' diagram has been criticized in the scientific
literature but never found to be wrong. How likely is it that an ordinary
business man can come up with a criticism that no one thought of about
scientific data that has been hotly debated in the scientific community?

5. T J. Nelson:
http://brneurosci.org/co2.html
Rebuttal:
- Who is this guy?
- He seems to think the IPCC is making trend predictions (rather than
actual calculations of future climate).

global warming (Wikipedia):
